The past couple days several people have complained about being ripped off in public trades. When someone removes their submissions and accepts the trade. if you see someone remove an item back out of the trade. Del has said before in large value trades use the cod mail system being it is the only way to guarantee you will not be scammed. Having recently joined xbox enforcement I had to review several complaints about trade scamming in eso. If you do get scammed enforcement will do something about it if you have sufficient evidence. In such cases if you have a xbox connect say "xbox record that" immediately after it happens. You may the log into your account on your pc and submit it to xbox where it can then be reviewed by enforcement. I realize some of you may not have a connect but I do believe there is a way to capture a clip without it. Even then I suggest you still say "xbox record that" as it may scare some people into returning your items. Enforcement however cannot get you your items back but they can make sure the scammer is reprimanded. Staying informed of things like this is important to making the games we love more fun and fair for everyone. Make sure you pass this along to friends and guildies. They are actively working on a new trade system be cautious in the meantime.

Double Tap the Xbox Button while in game, then press X for "record that" if you don't have a Kinect. This will auto-record the last 30 seconds of gameplay, but doesn't record voice chat as far as I know. If you need to record longer times than that:- Double tap the xbox button.
- Choose snap an app.
- Choose GameDVR
- Choose "End Clip Now"
- Select how far back you'd like to record, Max time is 5 minutes.
- This still doesn't record voice chat, but should enable you to grab all of the important details of the scam.
