I know of the Motalion Necropolis in the Eastern part of the Aliki'r Desert has a lot of zombies to farm that all drop worms, crawlers and guts.
The place I know best for Insect Parts is just east of Riften.
If anybody knows of any other spots please post them here

After work today in going to post a clear photo of the map in The Rift and point out the location Benny showed me that's perfect for ALL FOUR types of bait (Worms, Guts, Crawlers & Insect Parts). It's only really effective if there's one person farming the area though because it is not a huge loop you have to make. However, with a few guys farming that spot in different instances for even one hour would yield about 500 of each bait give or take for some over others (insect parts take forever to build up a stock pile but won't be required until Event 5 River Reaper Madness) so I would definitely check out this little gem of a fishing bait spot

The Lost Prospect area is absolutely perfect for all four types of common bait (Worms, Guts, Crawlers & Insect Parts). There is a small lake marked on the map, literally you can go by yourself and do laps around this small lake and kill all the zombies you come across. Along the way, there are probably about 30 torch bugs that re spawn pretty fast mixed in with this farming route and you can easily stop and grab them as you smash the zombies skulls' in I made this shitty map just for you guys! If you need bait, you seriously need to go to this spot! Thanks again Benny Beats for the location! Attachments:

There's also a decent amount of XP to be had. I popped an ambrosia while I was farming and did pretty well.

I found last night that The Vile Laboratory in Coldharbor is pretty good as well, tons of zombies that respawn quickkly there.

Yea we hit up that location too for a little bit. It's not bad for all the zombies there for sure. A lot of guts, worms & crawlers
